Our Company, now known as H-Displays (MSC) Berhad was founded in 1996. We have since grown and expanded our services over the years. Our management team has more than 20 years experience in LCD Technology, Design and Manufacturing. Our office in Singapore, Malaysia and Batam house our team of dedicated and experienced professionals to meet the standards of tomorrow.

Production Facilities:
Total of 86,000 sq. ft. facilities for both our Modules Assembly factory in Batam and our LCD Manufacturing factory in Johor Malaysia. Both factories include class 1000 and class 100 clean rooms. With ISO 9002 Certificate since August 19th, 1998 and ISO 9001:2000 since October 2002, our factories are equipped with efficient machinery to complete any task:

Quality Control:
All of our products must pass a tight quality assurance test before they are sent to our customers. The following steps provide a general outline of our quality assurance test:

Visual Testing
a) Visual inspection shall be inspected under 20 W fluorescent light at a distance of 30 cm between module and light source.
b) Visual inspection distance between inspector's eyes and the module's shall be 12" (30 cm) away.


Electrical Functions
a) The functional performance of modules will be checked using the equipment below:
     i) Test Jig / Connector
     ii) Electrical Tester
b) The voltage must be set correctly according to specification before initial test. c) Check the display and backlighting performance with referal to functional specification.

Mechanical Functions
a) Vernier Caliper, profile projector or eye lupe is used to aid the measurement.
