On behalf of the Board of Directors of HDISPLY, MIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“MIMB”) wishes to announce that the Company, subject to the approval of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), has decided to terminate the sponsorship services of MIMB with effect from 31 August 2010 as HDISPLY has appointed a replacement sponsor, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”). The appointment of M&A Securities as the replacement sponsor pursuant to Rule 8.04(3)(ii) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“AMLR”) is intended to facilitate the Company in implementing its regularisation plan.
The Company will also seek the approval of Bursa Securities to waive the 3 months notice period for the termination of the current sponsor as required under Rule 4.19(d) of the AMLR, if required.
