| The Board of Directors of HDISPLY wishes to announce that the Company is in the preliminary stages of discussion with Shenzhen Yu-Shun and had on 3rd September 2010 entered into a ‘framework agreement’ with Shenzhen Yu-Shun and Hitech Ventures Pte Ltd (a substantial shareholder of HDISPLY) on Shenzhen Yu-Shun’s intention to participate in the equity HDISPLY as part of its regularization plan, the details of which have yet to be finalised. |
