Electronic Shelf-Edge Labels ("Realprice system")

H-Displays now offers Electronic Shelf-Edge Label (‘ESL”) system under License by NCR.

This full feature ESL system is fully compatible with the ESL system previously offered by NCR. This wireless electronic price management system replaces traditional paper price labels with electronic tags or ESLs. The system makes price changes quickly and automatically via a 2.4 GHz base radio resulting in rapid price changes and accuracy and operational efficiency and price optimization.

H-Displays has manufactured ESLs for NCR for several years.  The H-Displays ESL solution consists of many sizes and types of electronic shelf labels, Communication Base Stations (CBSs), antennas, software, and other accessories.

Product: Matrix ESL - 3 in 1 (Large Sign)

Features : able to display
1. price in yellow
2. 2 different message areas with ea message of 10 characters for info and advertising and product details and again ea message can scroll and download 16 messages

Product : Matrix ESL – 2in1 (STD)

Features : larger LCD area compared to standard ESL tag. It has 2 portions - a price portion (in yellow) and a message section which can display messages and information (12 characters) and which can scroll and download 16 messages through the built-in registers of the custom IC

Realprice Features

Realprice has features that perform the following tasks:

- Performs self-diagnostics by continuously monitoring each ESL for accuracy.
- Provides an application-programming interface which is well defined, documented, and available for integration with other applications.
